About
Twenty-five cards, dealt into seven rows that narrow into the outline of a heart. The single card at the point is the only one free when you begin.
Everything above it is held down by what sits below. A card unlocks the moment all of its children have gone, so the shape opens from its tip outward, and the widest rows are the last to surrender.
Removal is by rank alone: two cards of the same value leave together, suits irrelevant. Twenty-seven more cards wait in the stock, turned one by one, and the face-up card there can partner any free card in the shape. Empty it and it turns face down and comes round again, as many times as you need, so the order in which you spend it shapes a game rather than ending one.
Pairing two cards inside the shape is always worth more than pairing one against the stock. It frees twice as much and costs nothing from the pile.
