Every tap and interaction is tracked and recorded in our proprietary analytics. This enables customers to gather insights and gauge the effectiveness of the content in real time and adjust their communications accordingly. Heartbeat™ is used in conjunction with other platforms, such as Veeva, to test CLM campaign concepts and prototypes. Customers are able to publish content to the Heartbeat™ App, test within research groups or with sales teams, before refining and enhancing the content based on user feedback.
