Won’t work when not on WiFi

My app won’t work when I’m not connected to WiFi. Even though I have set it to use mobile data! It says Error. There was a problem reaching your server. I have data signal AND it is 100% set to use mobile data.

It is so frustrating as I can’t change, make or cancel bookings unless I’m on WiFi. Please fix this?!
