Can’t even sign up
It crashes every time when I try to enter my own password in registering. If you’re trying to launch a new platform, maybe ensure your sign-up process isn’t endless frustration for new users.
Needs bug fixes
Really good all and I much prefer this over any music streaming app because there’s a ton of great content. But it’s in desperate need of bug fixes especially basic things like resuming playback and app crashing and liking sets. Very buggy app sometimes seriously awful to use but nothing else out there for this platform.

This app is not good neither the company every movement costs money . U will pay and pay and pay for nothing , Apple shoud suspend this scam
As an Artist
I have recently deleted this app. I would host sets and get decent traffic back in the day. At one point they wanted some payment but my bank card did not work. Fast forward to now - deleted ok cool so I deleted the app. Useless. They should pay me for content that they can’t top.
App doesn’t let me save sets
I can’t creat sets, even though I can on the webpage app. When you’re at a party though, you need to have it on your phone, so it’s inconvenient.
UNFORTUNATELY THIS APP IS USELESS
I would have given this app and service a better rating but it really needs to be updated. You have to sign in, close the app and reopen it several times and you also can’t view who your followers are and when you click on the three dots to share link elsewhere it exits the app. You also can’t share ur profile link. I recently upgraded the player so I am supposedly a “plus user” but there’s no use if what I mentioned above hasn’t been fixed and is a major problem that should have been fixed a long time ago. The service has the potential to be great probably even better and cheaper than SC but not enough ppl know about it and it’s not worth me sharing with anyone. You guys also never replied to my support request so with all that said…..this service does NOT work as of 2023 and these issues are not new…just neglected.

Constantly asking to repay or reload
Music isn’t all top Dj some poor mixing but there’s a few that can just about work decks
The app constantly wants you to repay tge 1 off fee for snowflake plus and you have to reinstate purchases.
This option isn’t available if you want to download the content reverts back to paying!
Not much new it’s OK that’s about it.
Shame as it could be much improved if there was app updates. Had it 4 yrs nothing new?!
Come on let’s get on it with some issues- takes weeks for a reply and they just ask you to reinstall but that wants payment!!

I’m a huge fan of HearThis and truly believe it could be the SoundCloud killer we’ve all been waiting for! The app just needs some tweaking to better match the website. Some data is slow to transfer, also a separate app for creators would be much appreciated (a place for us to check stats, go live, edit metadata).

Where are the track listings for the programs like they have on the website? That’s a serious omission in my opinion. Hopefully that’ll be added in the next version.

Where do I find my track
There is no option to find my track there is sets but no track list can u please add it as the only way to find my uploaded track is to search for my own account and that’s frustrating when it should be in the menu
