Not a very good app
I really hate to write a bad review on a local bank, but the app is driving me nuts.
First off, face ID has not worked for me for at least a month. Why have an enable Face ID option if you are not going to let your business customers use it 75% of the time.
Second issue I have, you cannot click on an individual transaction to get more information on that individual transaction. My other business accounts at other banks lets me do this from the app.
3rd issue is probably a bank issue and not an application issue, but my other business accounts at other banks gives me access to Zelle. Why can't Hearthside do the same?
