I would like to go back and be able to see my prescription history (when/what I had filled and how many refills I have left).
Best Pharmacists
Heartland has been a godsend to me. I have lot of chronic pain from multi-surgeries ever since I had a bad horse accident. Every pharmacy I have ever used has treated me like a drug addict, except Heartland. It’s refreshing to have one that genuinely cares about your well being. I’m not oblivious to the fact there is a drug epidemic in the world and probably most abuse their meds but I don’t.
I have never walked in Heartland without one of them saying Hi. There can be a store full of customers or none and they will still find the time to speak to u. The employees are awesome as well. They have Mr. Mac who delivers ur meds if you prefer. So when I work remotely I take advantage of that perk when I need to. Heartland Pharmacy is a great asset to Cabot, AR. Thanks Heartland Pharmacy for all you do!

Not helpful
The app doesn’t auto populate my medications. I have to enter them in manually. When I need a refill the app doesn’t tell me when it was last filled. It also doesn’t tell me when the refill is ready. Occasionally, I will get a text that one of my Rx is being autofilled, but it never says which one, so I have to guess. The app is pretty much worthless. I might have to go back to Walgreens.

App does not work!
AI just spent 6+ minutes trying to app on my phone and it never opened. I just got that rotating asterisk symbol as though it were trying to load. I had the same problem yesterday. I finally called the store and ordered my prescriptions via their automated phone system and when I was done, the app had still not loaded.
A few weeks ago I got on the app and all my personal data and prescription records were gone.

Got on the app to submit a prescription refill and it's absolutely empty!
The App is very buggy and doesn’t work well
They need to put more into the app in terms of development. Crashes.
The pharmacy staff in person are usually great. But I was told I’m sorry that the medicine you need doesn’t make sense for us to carry so as a business decision we do not have it.

Super satisfied
I’m an extremely satisfied customer of Heartland Pharmacy. The entire staff is always so kind on the phone. Thy go out of their way to answer all of my questions. I have used their delivery option one time and was very pleased. Use Heartland!
The best!
I have been using this pharmacy for years and they are consistently amazing. They know you, they help you and are always kind, compassionate and informative when I have any questions. This is the best pharmacy I have ever used. I have even moved away from the location I started with and drive the extra miles just to go there. The whole team is A-1!

Older Bad Patient
The staff is amazing. The way they help and understand my dry, hateful sounding, grumpy crinkled pain face is beyond me. Their professional approach is above and beyond. This staff has always gone step further in assisting all of their customer’s. I couldn’t be more proud and honored to do business with Cornerstone on Zion Rd. Individual’s have waited when their children needed picked up and again the drive thru professionals have been so kind to me no matter my bad patient attitude. THANKS FOR BEING HERE. Locked out
I was locked out due to forgetting my password and trying too many times. The change password link does not work. On laptop I get a 404 error on iPhone it just won’t let me proceed. This makes the app useless to me!
Local service with big technology
The scan to refill feature is nice and it has my profile saved so I can get refills anytime I think about it.
Update a step backward
This was already an awkward app that wasn't very intuitive to use. The new update is more pleasant to look at but I cannot use my profile to order refills because it will not permit me to select the pharmacy for the refill and without that selected you cannot order refills.
Quick and easy
I just love this app!!! It is just what I needed to have my profile at all times and quick for refills
