Aggressively pushes other game downloads
Worked fine until in the middle of a game it blocked me to flash up an ad that told me download another of their games. It would not let me bypass. Bye, bye, “Hearts Card Game.” You won’t be missed.

I like this version of hearts because it allows you to choose the level of difficulty of winning. Other Hearts apps that I’ve tried seem to be programmed at the maximum level of difficulty, and there is a suspicion that they know all the cards so they can rig things for them to almost always win. With this hearts app you can select the level of difficulty, and it seems to be more fair. The game is free, but the full page ads are quite annoying; running for a considerable length of time. So I paid the developers reasonable fee for removal of the full page ads. You can also pay to remove the banner ads at the bottom, but I decided they’re not obnoxious so I haven’t done that.

Recently some of its ads have been fake virus warnings designed to trap the ignorant. Not good that they allow this type of advertising.
Fun game, really offensive ads
I enjoyed this game for two days until the ads started showing women being sexually assaulted. Extremely offensive!! I am not going to use this app again.

Lately the ads appearing are scam alerts that provide a link to “fix” the problem.

I like this game however I’m spending far too much time playing. Tried the pay for add free version but it wouldn’t let me.

Hearts for Hearts Players
Below is a post I made a couple of years ago, using my iPad mini. Been awaiting this “new” iPhone version, here at last! It’s clearly the same the game with the layout adjusted for the smaller screen. It’s a bit “squeezed,” but I’m SO glad they created this version which I can now play from anywhere.
It would have been great to connect both formats thru a cloud, but no complaints! That would probably be a tech nightmare anyway.
One question, are the stats combined from both devices? It seems so, as would be expected.
Still the best Hearts app out there!

This hearts game is by far the best available for serious Hearts fans. The layout is elegant (no crazy graphics, meaningfully customizable, clean and easy to navigate). Most importantly, the best programming strategy I've seen in Hearts…ever. Is there room for improvement? After having played thousands of games over several years, yes. But they don't take away from the value of this smartly produced game as it is. I will submit my suggestions for potential improvements directly. I like that the publisher is always looking to improve the game, but is cautious not to add silly graphics and game features. If you’re a Hearts fan…this is the app to have. Probably the top request on my list will be to have an iPhone version, and have both versions synced so I can jump back and forth from my iPad. A challenging upgrade, I'm sure. Also adding the split screen feature might be helpful…converting to a vertical (iPhone) layout when using with other apps in landscape view. Kudos to the publisher for his or her thoughtful development of this app.

J’adore ce jeu
J’aime le design et les informations concernant l’avancée du jeu. Les publicités sont courtes en général et on peut couper le son. C’est la meilleure application de la dame de pique à mon avis.
Does not save game
The game itself is really fun but if you need to close it for any reason it starts you right back at game 1. It would be great if it gave you an option to either continue or start new.
