NEED HELP! 11/4/2025 It is stuck

It is stuck on a “Select 3 cards to pass the left” with one card, the 9 of diamonds, available. I have pressed “New Game” but nothing happens. And I’ve swiped up out of the app over and over. It just keeps bringing me back to the same screen. I have ONE card left it shouldn’t even be in the “select 3 cards” part. It is actually STUCK. It just brings me back to the same screen. How do I get out of this?! I paid for no ads and this is what I get? And APP SUPPORT IS USELESS.

Update ruined game

Loved game until recent update. Now when you shoot the moon you are credited with all points not opponents. Also game goes beyond 100 pts so don’t know when it ends and cards are very slow. You also can’t see who took Queen. I’m not playing anymore.

Overnight Disaster - game over

The shortest game you can now play is 250 points. If you don’t like 250, next option is 500. Subscriber cannot set end of game points.Cards now only passed to left - no longer left, right, across, hold your own. If you want to play shoot the moon, you now have to go into settings to fix it. Even though I’ve paid $9.99 to Apple for VIP Status for the last 4 years, there is always a button for Remove Ads showing now. All these changes (probably more that I haven’t encountered yet) happened on Friday 13th September 2024. I’ll be cancelling subscription and requesting refund if NewPub doesn’t give me back the game I paid for.

Far to many pop ups! What is supposed to be relaxation isn’t. You can’t continue between games because of ads. I would not purchase anything from these vendors. I will be deleting this game because of a high level of frustration.

You are not playing against the other players. You are playing against computer. Ex, your dealt with just the king of spades and you send it to the right and you just the get the queen of spades most of the times and the second card players is always a spade.

Fun game. Crappy ads!

I am SICK, SICK, SICK of ads for No ad games with that stupid king that is about to drown or the terrible ad where someone is draining puss filled sores. I will no longer be playing this game or any others where these kind of ads pop up!

AD AFTER AD

I just downloaded this app. I like the app, game is easy to use, you play one hand and then there is an AD. Stupidly ridiculous.

I have only played 5 rounds and I am ready to delete this app also.

Cheater

I hate this app. I want the old Hearts back. The player to the left constantly does not follow suit, only to play it later in the game. Caught “him” doing it at least fifty times, especially with clubs and diamonds.

Cheating game

For anyone that has ever played hearts they know you have to follow suit. The game started off good but ever since the update the computer players do NOT follow suit at all. And the ads? After EVERY hand there is an ad now. Look for a different game cause I know I will.

Opponents do not follow suit

This game is very frustrating! At first it worked as it was supposed to, but now the opponents do not follow suit when they can. The game does not give me the same option, not that I would want it, but it make so for an uneven playing field when the other players are not required to follow the lead suit when they can.

Fun game. Scam ads.

Fun game. I play it more than any of the other Hearts games. Game ads show fake ads for weight loss gummies using Oprah and The Shark TV show. This is fake and a scam.

Doesn’t play according to the rules!

Computer players will often ignore the rule about following suit for the card lead. They will “throw off” sometimes if the player before them does so, even if they can follow suit.

Ads are literally presented between each and every hand (So, after all 4 players have played a card). Sometimes you also get ads *during* a hand, often making it impossible to see what the other players played.

Messages to developers about this are ignored.

Rules

I liked this game until I realized the computers rarely follow the rules. If a diamond is led, the computer rarely follows suit, later in the game that same computer plays a diamond. This game needs an update.

Ads after subscribing to remove them!

I like the game and subscribed to remove the ads. The ads are still there. How can this important bug be fixed? I have attempted to contact, but without luck. You have my money. What’s the deal (pun)? Seriously, though, what’s up with ads still being there—I confirmed my purchase history and it shows as completed. I rebooted my device. I went to the game settings and restored purchases—I still have ads. What gives? So far only I have given. Please fix.
