THE ADS ARE RIDICULOUS!
I downloaded the app and had to watch 4 ads within the first four minutes. Want to play a game? AD! Want to look at your record? AD! Basically anytime you want to navigate anywhere in the app, you must watch an ad! Day 1 experienced glitches where I would hit a button to play a game, I’d watch the ad, then it would boot me to the lobby, only to be forced to try and play again by watching………surprise another ad!

I wish there was an explanation of how this works. Do you need tickets?

Terrible app
You spend more time watching adds then playing the game. It’s ridiculous. You have to watch an add when you open the app, when you start your first game and when you finish a game. Then you watch an ad before you start a new game again. So you are watching 2 30 second adds to play a 45 second hand l. And it doesn’t even play to a high score. One hand, then game over. Lamest card game in the App Store. Get spades plus or type in spades online and download the other option

Glitchy
Freezes a lot. And if you don’t pay money to stop ads, it’ll mess you up by getting in the way of your pass cards from time to time. And then there’s a lot of Bots playing when it doesn’t find real opponents and they play stupid so you get hurt. And - sometimes it miscounts points - just happened to me - I passed the Queen and the points should’ve gone to another player but for some reason it gave me the points so I lost a game. At one time, the commercial wouldn’t let me back into the game quickly enough, it didn’t have a X to cancel it to get back in, so I had to quit the App, then go back in. But it thought it wanted a new game so it signed me into a new one as opposed to the one already in session, so I had to play a whole new game and finish it, and then when I went back in right away it put me back into the game that it had started, which was, I guess, being played by the computer on my behalf, and it was losing badly, and I couldn’t salvage it, obviously having passed some bad cards I wouldn’t have. Somebody needs to fix this commercial problem.

Weird
“Games” consist of 1 hand so you are always passing left and being passed to from the right. Ad after every hand but you can pass on most of them. Game frequently freezes up when playing, then suddenly you’re in the middle of a game you never started. Frequently the game won’t be able to find 4 playing partners for you and just sits there until timing out.

Tournaments need help
This is a great game but the tournaments are a single hand, anyone can win a single hand with the right cards. Furthermore the winner of the tournaments is whoever has the most wins, or whoever can spend 24 hours a day playing the game to rack up the most wins. Skill has little to do with it. Everything else is great.

I do not believe I am playing with live opponents
This is not a live game with real opponents. I believe that if there is not enough players on line at any one time then you are playing against the computer
Suddenly a Terrible Game
I used to love this game, worked great for a few months then…. Nothing. I’ve been following the updates to make sure it works properly, but that doesn’t explain why when I open the game it doesn’t load anymore. I have the newest update and I own the iPhone 13. When it does load, it’s always freezing up and says “Reconnecting”. Please fix bugs before you lose a good customer.

Point loss
Love the game but frustrated that you lose points if you close the app. This is the only game I play that doesn’t save your progress.I wish there was more transparency in the goal to the next level and how to progress to next level. I’ve been stuck on level 61 for weeks.
Hearts app doesn’t always work
You need to do some repair just had incident where couldn’t see my cards can’t ever see the right players score meaning can’t see what hearts or the queen that they have taken during game. Few nights ago it went in and out and couldn’t get game to start right.
Ad placement
Who thought it would be a great idea to place ads in between your hand rounds? You only have a few seconds to pick the cards you want to pass yet they give you an ad instead! Majority of the time their is no X to close the ad this you have to force close the app and hope you’ll be able to get back to your game. More than likely you can’t. They do take ALL YOUR COINS though so you’re just screwed. Who’s paying $20 a month to play without ads?

Decks
Why won’t the app let me change decks to the one o upgraded to by watching ads? I select it and hit save, but it defaults back to the original. The entire reason for wanting to switch is that the suits are too small to read on face cards if you have any need for reading glasses. Even with them I have a hard time. The suit should be made bigger in the center of the card to see like for the numbered cards.

This game is really fun to play and I enjoy playing it in my spare time. Hearts gives me the best player quality, many ways to earn coins and reward yourself every day
This game is rigged.
Avoid this game at all cost. I continuously receive the exact same hand and the player to my right shoots the moon every time. I wish I could give negative stars
Fine App
This app is great. No stuffing around, just Hearts. No chips, no coins, no buy-ins, just Hearts. The tournament feature is great, starts when 16 people join, 4 tables, 3 rounds, top 2 from each round progress to the next. Great job!
