I'm sorry this was a problem for you, and I hope that you've been able to complete the installation. For clarification, sticker packs are installed into the Messages app drawer. To access them, open Messages and open a conversation. Then tap the icon that looks like the App Store icon to open the app drawer. Swipe left or right over the app drawer to find the app that you want to use and tap it to open it. To add a sticker to your message, touch and hold the sticker, then drag it to the message bubble.
