Booted again and again
If you take the time to even briefly look at the commercial ads between hands you get booted from the game. Very disappointing! Also chat dialog is too limited. Can’t even express thanks in response to a comment.
Time has corrupted game.
Just quit a game mid-game because I didn't want to go through a 3 page advertisement that takes numerous clicks to end each page. Last one was about a bodily function that I didn't want to hear. Removed from iPad.
Constant crashes and bugs
They allow ads that are longer than the time they allow you to play so you get booted between hands. Even more frequent however is the bug where no ad runs and you just time out before cards are dealt.

Cheater bots
I enjoy the game. However it is very evident that the algorithms go against the human 85% or better. There is no way every hand, after the first pass, is evenly suited. Nor is it probable that regardless of what cards the human passes , be it one of a suit, one of three suits, or any combination thereof, results in the receipt of the exact same number and or suits of those passed. The most unconscionable, egregious “tell” is that the human ends up with the middle cards (6 thru 9) 90% of the time. I am a tournament hearts player, if it looks like a fish, smells like a fish or swims like a fish, it’s a bot.

It’s for beginners
Most players don’t know how to play. Rated games are not experienced based, a 2000+ player is combined with a 1200 player. The game kinda sucks that way.
