Intrusive and unbelievable

I got the app just to test my blood sugar. My phone was on my leg the whole time and my finger was not on the camera it didn’t tell me to hold it a certain way or anything. All of a sudden it gives me all these measurements. Personally, how the hell did you get these? Secondly, how stupid to not let me or tell me it’s even starting.

Inconsistent reporting and no customer support

After the first use, which seemed to work. It never did work properly again, and the BPM was way off. Two attempts to communicate with customer service were ignored. Do not waste your money, glad I only tried one week.
