Great - when it works
The device and app worked great - for a while. With the latest Apple Watch update, the heart rate is sent for 10-ish seconds and then is stuck at that value for 8mins, then it shows the right values continuously for the rest of the workout. This makes the device/app unusable for now, please fix.
This is a really useful app and product - great support
Much preferred from a chest strap, and it has good translation from the IWatch. I has a small issue and customer service called and promptly fixed it. Love it on the Peleton, not having to check my watch.
So Much Better Than Chest Strap
I have a beta version of the device that transmits my Apple Watch pulse into my peloton. It’s fantastic! Once I got through the set up, it’s incredibly easy to use. It’s so much better than the chest strap which was so inconsistent. The morning I received it, it wasn’t working so I filled out a help request. One of the owners actually called me from his car and walked me through the fix. It took less than five minutes and everything has been perfect since then. Talk about service!

UPDATE: see below where they actually responded to this review? They have never responded to an email! They are a month behind in delivery and now tell us they are sending a faulty product, late, and they will send some new piece sometime in the future. Which could be never. And they want their customers to do the fix. Terrible company.
I bought the heart monitor from Function101 that I guess pairs with this app but ultimately is supposed to work with the Apple Watch and the ANT+ system. But it’s never shipped and the company keeps changing the date.
