This is just the app I was looking for! It tracks my meals, my medical appointments, my physical fitness, and gives recommendations if you’re not sure what to do. On top of that, the price can’t be beat! I love the features in this app! It’s simple, easy to follow and everything you could want and need without being overly complicated like the other health apps out there! Highly recommend 💯
