Subscription sucks!!!
I canceled my Hearty subscription months ago, but I’m still being charged. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. A cancellation should mean the charges stop I now had to contact them again to request a cancellation and refund for charges made after I cancel. I recommend checking your statements carefully if you cancel subscription with them. I canceled Hardy through my Apple subscription months ago but that didn’t stop them to still charge and I have to send over an email phone number to call them so be careful.

Do not trust this!! They charged me, but I was never able to log in without being pushed to pay again. And again. Now every month my card is showing extra charges from this company “Hearty AppsMarket” for 39.99 and 19.99 - absolutely not! This is a scammer- Do not be fooled by false reviews like I was.

Be very careful
This is a shame I have to write this app but they know what they are doing and they are being sneaky.
Unlike most apps you can control subscriptions from your app screen, nothing shows with hearty. So according to my Apple subscriptions it doesn’t show, however every week they were taking money direct from my bank account. So unless you then re download the app, remember the login details which your child probably did, you then go on line and login again to cancel the subscription. Very disappointing from an app which is self promoting as all for the kids but in reality just about making as much money and as difficult to unsubscribe as possible
So because of that you get 1 star. If you made the subscriptions like everyone else and how you should - so you can eee it on the Apple page then you’d be looked on more favourable.

Lots of options and really good choices daughter absolutely loves it but the 1 down fall is searching for them but 10 minutes going through at night before choosing with child foxes this issue still give it 10/10 and have recommended it to numerous people already

Free trial a scam
Decided that the subscription was too expensive. When I chose not to go through with the purchase was offered a free 1 week trial. I thought this was worth a try but I ended up being charged for a 6 month subscription. I have contacted Apple to try to get a refund. I’ve not even opened the app and I would not use an app that uses such deceptive practices.
