I am just loving this app! My workouts with Kira are the highlight of my morning. They get my heart rate up and have me feeling strong in literally less than 30 mins. It’s perfect!!! The videos are sooo helpful to check my form. I haven’t tried any recipes yet- but I can’t wait! Have a few saved. You can’t beat this price either!!!!! LOVE.
