Awful app
For anyone thinking of downloading this app, DON’T! It keeps going wrong. I have a subscription (which I will cancel!), and the app regularly ignores that and wants me to pay for issues. Emailing tech support is pointless, as you either do not get an answer, or they come back and try to send you elsewhere to get the problem solved, basically pushing the problem back to the customer. I’ve even been asked to contact Lloyd’s bank - why I have no idea as they have nothing to do with me. I’ve now spent the past few days emailing tech support and have had nothing back. Now I just want a refund from Bauer for the issues they fail to deliver to me. And they can’t even do that. The whole thing is utterly shambolic. Avoid like the plague. Shame, quite enjoyed the magazine, but we’re done I’m afraid.

Not impressed
With a years subscription to this magazine, currently I have to email every week to ask for app support. The advice is always log out, remove the app, reload it, log back in and the current magazine should be available. It never is. Each week it takes 2 or 3 emails to get the magazine re-issued, usually just as another edition comes out.... bad app and poor support.

I live in the us and I love being able to get my Uk tabloid fix! Very convenient.

Heat magazine picks me up when I’m down. What more could a person ask for whose after an easy read and a bit of a laugh. Keep coming back for more.

Update!!!
I updated the app and hasn't worked since. The office keep re-loading me on system.. then wait 14 hours and it still won't accept my details. Avoid.
Cheeper in shop
Good mag use to much better and so many adds needs more gossip for prices you charge when. It first started you could read it a little early had much more goss this app had is day it's going
Still like it
Change always takes a while to get used to & although I liked the old Heat layout, I still like the new one. Packed with gossip & pics - always a good read
Horrible All Over
This takes forever to load even when pausing, and coming back to read. The pages are out of alignment. It might as well be .pdf. Crashes randomly

Why isn't the new issue available straight away. It's Tuesday at 12 and I still can't download the new issue. Rubbish!
Kept crashing!!
I paid to download the latest edition for a long car journey. Got halfway through the mag, then it would crash when turning the pages, or sometimes halfway through reading the page! Very annoying - should have just bought the paper mag. It downloaded fine before setting off, so connection was not the problem.

Disappointed
The old app was so much better. The new version is not user-friendly, it crashes constantly, and the new online version of the magazine is also much less user-friendly. Overall, this is a very disappointing update.
Update is not good 😪
I switched to digital Heat as soon as it was available, so have been using for quite a long a time, and have generally been quite happy (although the one time I did have problems, there was absolutely no response to my e-mail queries ...). But what has happened with this update?! I view on an iPad mini so the new smaller pages definitely make a difference - and definitely not in a good way. And there seems to be significantly less clarity overall - to the point where the text is slightly blurred and you have to zoom to stop questioning your eyesight! (which is fine by the way). Change is usually good - but not in this case 😭😭

Stick to paper
Takes longer to download than to read Great magazine horrible app. Stick with old fashioned paper version!!!!
Really disappointed
Not pleased with this app. I paid for an issue and it's downloaded 2 % in 30 hours. would like my money back actually.
Very Poor
Worst app I have used. Bought the mag two days ago and still trying to download. Keeps hanging while processing. Won't be purchasing another. Shame, I have other magazines on my iPad that work very well.
