Doesn’t work on iPhone X max

Worked great on my iPhone 6 s plus but now it shows a grid. Very disappointing since I use this with clients.

Was working until I got an iPhone X

Worked before (on different Apple ID and device) and it was great. But then I got an iPhone X and there’s a weird grid on the screen. Might be detecting the touch screen tech.

Just got the paid version to avoid adverts and it doesn't open??? Launch the app, see a black screen for a second and then it throws me onto the desktop!!
