App funktioniert nicht mehr
Auch nach einem kompletten Neustart funktioniert die App nicht mehr.
Does not connect to wifi
Good heater but the app is just a waste - it doesn’t connect remotely; I’m able to connect the heater to my phone but the app won’t move to the next stage of the setup with my wifi router.
It’s not all lost as the heater does have a thermometer & separate remote controller, but it’s just a shame it was let down by a shoddy app

Lovely heater. Doesn’t connect via the App. Customer Service responds to emails but is unable to provide technical support/solution. This is a shame as the heater is great but the WiFi function is useless, therefore it is overpriced and obsolete in a world of Internet of Things! Rating: CCC

Gerät super, App Katastrophe
Die Probleme sind bereits richtig beschrieben worden, und offensichtlich erfolgt keinerlei Reaktion zur Behebung des/des Fehlers. Durch die nicht funktionierende App verliert das Gerät ein kaufentscheidendes Kriterium. Ich versuche es noch einmal über die Hotline, ansonsten geht das Gerät zurück.
Seems to only work on phone, not iPad
With that being said...App is simple to use and very straightforward. I am glad that we can control and setup timers for both of our heaters.

I can connect to the box’s network, but then nothing else happens. Sent back the heater and got a replacement and it’s the same, so it basically doesn’t work

Ich finde schade um das Geld, das Gerät sieht sehr toll aus aber die App schrecklich nicht zu Ende gedacht. Man kann zwar einstellen die Zeit wann es aus geht aber nicht wann es an geht! Schaut euch mal die Smart Home App an vielleicht kommt ihr auf eine oder andere Idee wie und was noch machbar ist. Das ist nur ein Beispiel. Ich würde mich freuen wenn es überhaupt funktioniert! Nach den letzten update geht gar nichts mehr, nicht mal neu Installation. Sehr ärgerlich. Support reagiert null aber wirklich null auf die E-Mails. Schade wirklich schade. Von diese Firma werde ich in Zukunft nichts kaufen. Nur ein Zeiträuber!!!

funktioniert nicht
Nach einem Tastendruck auf den WLAN-Button am Gerät soll man das iPhone mit dem offenen Netz des Heizers verbinden - das klappt.
In der App tippt man dann auf „Gerät hinzufügen“, worauf eine Liste der lokal vefügbaren WLANs angezeigt werden soll, aus der man das eigene auswählt ... das passiert aber nicht und der Link „Weiter“ bleibt ohne jede Funktion

Fatal.
Imposible conectar la APP al aparato.
He probado con dos calefactores y varios teléfonos y no ha sido posible.
No puedo pensar otra cosa si no que los aparatos no pasan un control de calidad adecuado.
En la marca no dan otra solución salvo la devolución del calefactor.
En resumen: un auténtico fiasco!

🤔 mi é venuto un dubbio ,che sia la macchina ( vit Air ) che non funziona,😢🤯 il Wi-Fi sul forno Vit Air lampeggia ma non viene RILEVATO da nessuno dei miei smartphone,iPad,ecc 🤯😡 PENSO SIA DIFETTOSO 😡

Compre tres Klarstein y la app no funciona al conectarlos por wifi. Se ralla y sale en chino. Pero no hace nada más. Es una función fundamental y que la app ya no función.
