This app has STOLEN my money with a fake subscription entry. I have purchased an annual subscription and till now nothing is available! I think Apple should ban this type of scamming means!

Can’t subscribe
I have tried to subscribe again but it din’t work, I really like it the series, you’ve got so many stories which is I really enjoyed. What a shame I can’t subscribe again to your app 😒

I paid for a week subscription and it won’t allow me to watch anything or show that I have a subscription. I tried upgrading to the monthly and still the same thing.

Subscription issues
I paid for the weekly subscription. It shows that it was taken out of my account. It shows that the subscription is active. It shows when the subscription is due to be renewed, but when I go to the app, it keeps telling me that I haven’t paid for the subscription I’ve tried to contact the developer through the feedback. Ain’t got no response.

Read Reviews Before Buying! Your Weekly Subscription of 24.99 doesn’t work at all BUT the HIGHER MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION of 69.99 works. Is this some kind of scam? So to finish out the drama I had to purchase coins which added up to a bit more for a weekly subscription! I’m reviewing about this at my App Store asap for being greedy & cheating consumers.

Subscription Issue
I signed up for a $24.99 subscription that included a week of free episodes; however, all episodes are still inaccessible, despite the payment being processed. Following that, I attempted to recharge for $14.99, and while the payment was successful, all episodes are still locked. I have saved all the screenshots to reference. I have reached out to them via email, but I have not received a reply yet.

Read Reviews Before Buying! Definitely something going on at “HeatShhort” paid 24.99 (plus taxes mind you) for weekly subscription. It clearly states “All FREE in a Week” and dramas are still locked except for the teasers of the dramas you want to watch. If you cannot provide satisfactory conditions then a Refund is due asap just like how I paid. Its time the Better Business Bureau” look into this site.

I thought I would like this app. However I paid for the 1 year subscription and it says I have paid for it and it was deducted from my account. However it won’t give me unlimited access. I’ve tried to get response from developer and haven’t received anything. It’s been almost a month since I paid to subscribe. Save your money for other apps that do right by you!
