Heatspring is Great the app not so much

Ive done lots of training on Heatspring and have gleaned lots of great info from them. This review is not about Heatspring but the app. It is terrible the at times the videos freeze up. Other times the visual part of the video freezes while the audio plays on until you pause/play again then the video works for a while again until the next freeze up. Concussion I love Heatspring but hate this app…

Great content, problems loading

This venue has a huge amount of good learning content, and much of it is free. I do have one complaint though: many of the course videos just do not play. It seems to depend on which course you select. Some courses always have a hard time playing while others start up without an issue. It also depends on your internet connection. Some courses only play while you are connected to WiFi, while others have no problem working on cellular. And yes, I am sure it is not my reception dropping. Internet speed tests do not show issues, and other apps work fine when my videos fail to load. Would love to see this issue fixed. Great app otherwise.
