About

Heavenly Help Desk connects Georgia residents to free and low-cost help — right when they need it, sorted by what's closest. NOT A GOVERNMENT APP: Heavenly Help Desk is an independent community project. It is not a government agency and does not represent any government entity. Listings drawn from public agencies link to their official source inside the app. See "Where the information comes from" below. Whatever you're facing, help is one tap away: • Mental health crisis support, available 24/7 • Free and sliding-scale medical and dental clinics • Food banks and pantries • Housing and shelter assistance • Legal aid, benefits enrollment, and more WHY PEOPLE LOVE IT • Crisis help, always one tap away. The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, the Georgia Crisis Line, and the National Domestic Violence Hotline are pinned at the top of the app and work even with no internet connection. • Sorted by what's near you. Turn on location (or enter your ZIP) and resources are ordered from closest to farthest — with honest distances, so rural Georgians see real options too. • Thousands of vetted resources. Every listing names its source, links to it, and shows an address, phone number, and website where available. Tap to call, get directions, or visit the website instantly. • Works offline. Your saved resources and the crisis lines are always available, even without a signal. • Completely free and private. No account, no login, no ads, no tracking. Your location never leaves your phone.
