Mobile Deposits
It takes too long for deposits to credit to the account. Also, it takes way too many attempts to get the deposit to accept.

I love a local bank
So I was recommended to this bank by my employer. I love how personal they are walking in and being treated by your first name just makes you feel good. The only problem I’ve had with is some issues on my account when it was new now they won’t re issue me another card

Anyone that has ever waited on me whether it be inside or the drive-through has been so very nice and efficient. I couldn’t ask for a better bank. You’re always alert to what goes around and certainly always looking out for me as the customer. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication to this community.

Transactions don’t post
I transferred money to my account and the transaction should be instantaneous, like it has been every other time I’ve done it. This time it did not, and now the money is missing. User interface needs much improvement.
No direct login
since the update, whenever I click on the app it redirects to the Apple Store, to reopen the app.
