I unfortunately never had the chance to grow up with a dog in my family, but I always loved them & made it my mission to get one as soon as I was able. So of course I was elated to finally adopt a puppy—but it was a completely new experience for me, and if I’m being honest, a bit daunting.
Even after doing extensive research, I still had no idea where to start when it came to training. Not to mention the fact that different breeds vary in energy levels and require different approaches. I even considered the possibility of hiring a dog trainer or doing a class, but it’s impossible to find someone reliable without paying an arm and a leg. Needless to say, I started to feel overwhelmed, and suddenly, all of the joy I initially had for this new chapter slowly began to fade.
But that’s exactly why I felt the need to write this review. This app was BEYOND helpful and genuinely helped bring that excitement back for me. It’s very beginner-friendly, with clear guidance, easy-to-follow steps, and tips that actually work. It breaks everything down in a way that really builds your confidence as a new dog owner.
You also have the option to upgrade to premium for even more features, which is something I usually never do with other apps, but I swear I’m actually considering it with this one. What really stood out to me though is the amount of content that’s already available for FREE. I was relatively surprised by that since there are so many apps out there that only allow access to the bare minimum & then lock practically everything valuable until you pay to upgrade. So yeah, I love that you can get everything you need and more out of this app, even without upgrading to premium—although, I have a feeling it would be more than worth it.
Overall, I highly recommend this app to any and all dog owners—especially new ones—and will definitely be sharing this with anyone I encounter that needs guidance training their pup!

I was looking for a dog training app that would help strengthen my dogs obedience. She’s already pretty well trained but I needed a lot of help with her barking issues and leash pulling. This app helped understand my dog’s behavior and gave me great tips that helped me try to make my dog understand what I needed from her. The potty training tips are also great for when I take my dog to unfamiliar places and want to avoid accidents. Will definitely keep using!

Easy to use
I like this app because it’s wildly easy to use. It’s very low effort and high reward. My pet is chill and I thought it would be fun to push some further training. I didn’t want to spend any money since it was just a fun side thing I wanted to try and this was perfect. Easy to set up, easy to use, easy to follow.
