This version adds two screens you only had on the web, and rebuilds the app's navigation. PHONE A tab of its own for everything that goes through your line. The call log in three views, all, missed, recovered, with what Heep did about each missed call and why it could not. Recordings and voicemails play right there, with their waveform. The guest's name shows on the call screen, and a call opens its conversation in one tap. INCOMING CALLS You can finally see the whole chain: who rings, in what order, at what time, and what happens when nobody picks up. Scenarios can be created and edited from your phone. REVIEWS Read, filter and answer your Google, TheFork and TripAdvisor reviews without opening a laptop. Heep drafts the reply, you read it before it goes out. FOLLOW-UP MESSAGE The preview shows the message exactly as it will be sent. Seven languages available, picked from the caller's country code. ELSEWHERE IN THE APP A home screen that puts what needs you first and the numbers second. A native tab bar, in Liquid Glass on iOS 26. The guest sheet now shows VIP status, allergies and visit history from your booking system. When the assistant hands over, the thread says so and shows what about. An image in a conversation opens full screen with a single tap. Fixes: crash when opening a conversation, Google sign-in, sign-up stuck after a dropped connection.
