- Added a new major mechanic — International Organizations. - Initial organizations available in the game: UN, NATO, BRICS, OPEC, CSTO, and the Fifth International. - Organizations have various types: political, military, regional, economic, and ideological. - Players can create their own organization, invite allies, and turn it into a new global power hub. - Added resolution mechanics: countries can vote, support allies, pressure enemies, or block decisions. - Added voting influence: you can lobby, bribe, or intimidate countries to sway them toward the desired decision. - The UN received a unique role: Security Council, non-permanent members, rotation, and veto power. - Added key resolutions: aggressor condemnation, sanctions, embargoes, peace conferences, humanitarian aid, military aid, air defense support, peacekeeping missions, and military intervention. - In military organizations (e.g., NATO), decisions may require consensus — even a few "against" votes can derail a resolution. - Added notifications for resolution results if the player is the initiator, target, or a member of the organization. Also added a new country effects system: - Countries can now receive temporary positive or negative effects. - Effects can impact the economy, military, diplomacy, and internal situation. - Some effects are applied through organization resolutions. - Added effects such as sanctions, economic boom, foreign investment, humanitarian aid, military support, trade embargoes, and others. - Effects have their own icons and are displayed in the country interface. - Countries have better mastered their own economy.
