Heidestein

A small app for people who wander. Heidestein records your walks and turns them into simple spatial documents you can keep. Start a walk, put your phone away, and step outside. Later, return to the shape of the route; a clean line, a few numbers, and the notes you left along the way. Heidestein does not use accounts, analytics or external services. Your location data stays on your device unless you choose to export it. What Heidestein does • Record walks with reliable background tracking • Pause and resume naturally as your walk unfolds • Add notes at the places where you wrote them • View previous walks in a quiet archive • Export routes as PDF, SVG, PNG, GPX, or HTML • Works offline Notes belong to places, not screens. Add observations during a walk and revisit them later. Selected notes from earlier walks can appear again when you return nearby. Heidestein does not navigate. It remembers where you were.
