Thought that I would go get the app since the website wouldn’t work on web browsers, all this is doing is the same as any web browser see. It is a front for a web browser. IT IS TRASH!!!!! NOT A REAL APP!!!!
Pls fix the app
I love this show and have been a VIP member for years, but this app almost never works. I can get live audio streaming, but it stops every time my phone locks and I can’t get video streaming at all.
The BEST app I own
Heidi and Frank make me laugh every day! Sometimes I lol at work, which can be awkward, but a great conversation starter.

Location services glitch
Very annoying glitch prevents me from listening to the live show!
Still NOT compatible with iOS 13.x
Will not be renewing my VIP until I hear that the App has been updated to stop playing when my iPhone goes to sleep. I like listening to the shows in the car, without commercials. This has not been possible for over ONE YEAR!!!
Hate it.
I have been trying to cancel my VIP membership for over 2 years. It says my cancellation is complete but I am charged every month. I have called, texted and emailed. I have now started disputing the charges every month. I am going to have to cancel my credit card. Ridiculous.
Bug Fix
Every time I try opening the app, I have to open and close to finally get the live feed to work.
It happens a lot where a commercial will interrupt the show Mid Sentence
Too much buffering mid sentence. But comercials that run never have an issue. I have to keep my phone unlocked to listen to the show. I find myself missing most of the show due to the fact that sometimes this app stops working so I log out close everything and and start over.. GET A DIFFERENT APP DEVELOPER!

What happened
Does the developer just not care anymore? Do I have to pay for a full year to get this thing to work right? If you can get the app to actually start, there’s no point because it stops every 20seconds. Unless you pick the option of watching, but then your phone is completely useless to do anything else. And god forbid if someone calls while it’s going because then the video stops and sends you back to the beginning. Beyond frustrating Complete waste of money, and time.

No improvement
Still in the New Years and the app still keeps crashing and pausing more frequently. So I’m waiting for some improvement or I’m switching radio stations. I’m waiting!

Never works
This app never works. I deleted it in July and still same issues. The app plays the intro theme music and then stops playing. It also closes on its own. Time to delete again

App stop after like one minute with the new iOS upgrade 13 :(
Needs update
Since the iOS update to 13.1.1 the app stops after the phone goes into lock mode. Please fix or refund my money back. Thanks!
Terrible app
Absolute garbage. Whoever is responsible for this app should be ashamed of themselves. This should not be available as a product. This is such an entertaining show, and Heidi and Frank are genuinely funny and engaging, but this app engenders so much bad will that I start to hate the show and I want to listen to anything else. Constantly crashes or just plays the same commercial over and over, even interrupting the show to play the same commercial on repeat. It’s infuriating. I’m done with this app, and sadly that means I’m done with this show. Guess I’ll just have to settle for what I get on Dish Nation.

Worst App Ever!
Freezes constantly and won’t even load half the time. I’ve got a 2 hour commute twice a day and was excited to get this app so I could watch the show in my car. What a complete waste.

Beeping noise
Love the show, but for the last month or so I have been experiencing a “beeeeeeeeeep” noise periodically. Some days I won’t hear it at all and some days like today it’s happening sometimes every 5 minutes, sometimes every 5 seconds. Very annoying. Can’t tell if it’s a technical problem or someone doing something on purpose. The noise is not coming from the show. Please fix.

Ok, but...
The live feed is pausing every few minutes... sometimes restarting; sometimes you need to back out to the FHFSHOW homepage and restart the live feed again.
You can no longer “size”(pinch or expand) the screen to temporarily zoom in on an area (or person).
Also, you can’t send a text to the show from the live feed.
Lastly, if you multi-task (go to another app) and come back this app; pressing the “Play” button does not work... you have to close the live feed, back all the way out to the FHFSHOW homepage and start the live feed again. Very annoying!
