Wo kann ich die App auf englisch umstellen ? Warum ist das nicht sichtbar ?

Guten Tag, die Sprache der App richtet sich nach Ihrer Betriebssystemsprache. Sie erkennt automatisch welche Sprache eingestellt ist und verwendet diese. Ein manuelles Umstellen auf English ist nicht möglich. Freundliche Grüße, Messe Frankfurt, Ellen Matheis

Unstable app, cannot access business cards and notes

While at the messe last week, I added cards and notes to navigator using my iphone 6. On returning to UK, the app on that iphone 6 disappears from the screen and I am unable to access data in my watchlist or use the navigator. I can use navigator on my laptop and ipad but the cards and notes added last week are not shown.

HaveI lost cards and notes?
Is this info stored on the iphone 6 or on your servers?
I have original cards but not the notes added.
