Very user friendly!
I just used the app today for the first time and found it to be extremely user friendly. All the drinks are easy to navigate to and I like that you select all the choices as you order - milk type, ice, flavors, etc. I also really like the pop up message where you can reorder your last drink. Great experience with this app so far!

I love the Heine Bros app. It’s easy to use, especially when ordering ahead, and it’s visually appealing. I wish they would add the ambassador program on the app so everything is all in one place!

Love the Ordering Ahead Feature
I love this app and it has made my mornings 10x easier! Being able to order ahead so I can do a grab & go situation when I get there before work every morning makes it so smooth and easy. I’d love it if they added a barista recommendations section where you can click and just order it with auto selections for any modifications/ingredients. Overall, though, it is an easy interface and has made my life much easier!

I would love to see the UI of the app evolve a bit more by maybe making the rewards screen more fun / appealing, or allowing the consumer to change the design of the app to different versions to fit their devices’ Home Screen. 💕

coffee is good but the app sucks, specially the reward system.
i went 7 times and used the app every time trying to gain points, i do this with every food establishment i go to so im familiar with a-lot of point and reward systems, taco bell actually has a really good one, but anyways, i went and on my 6th visit which i thought would be enough to qualify me for the 800 points finally, well they gave me 796 points, i went and got another coffee realized, the only reward option was drip coffee and id have to go enough times to get 1.5k points to earn 3$ off. thats over 100$ of coffee to earn 3$ off, and the point price only goes up from there. i do enjoy the coffee but already it’s expensive and theres absolutely nothing about the app encouraging me to continue paying extra and returning to the store. i actually end up driving past the location nextdoor to my house to go to other competitors, usually because they have a better rewards experience and hurt my wallet less.

Local coffee lover here. The Heine Brothers’ app is easy to use and makes ordering ahead a breeze, which I appreciate when I need coffee fast. Everything is laid out clearly and getting my usual is quick and convenient. My only wish is Apple Pay, as entering card information feels like an extra step. I love supporting a local favorite, and adding Apple Pay would make this app even better.

Easy to Navigate
This app is so easy to navigate. It’s really easy to browse drinks, make customizations, and see your points. I also really love that you can leave a note on your drink order in case you wanted to request something that did not pop up, like syrup ratio in a drink. Such a good coffee app!
My coffee thoughts 💭
Love love love the new app!!!!! Much easier to order quickly and love the saved orders so you can quickly reorder if need be!!! Would love to have the credit card linked like it was before the update but I understand the reasoning of hardships of having private info saved.

Okay now that I have had some time to adjust to the app, I really like it!
The only thing I will say I don’t like is that you get rewards through the app but you can’t use majority of them when you mobile order, you’ll have to use them in person. This is unfortunate because I do a lot of mobile orders so I don’t have to wait in line, I can just grab & go! If there is a way to fix that, I would highly recommend it!

Much improved!
The app definitely had its issues when it first launched, making it inconvenient and disfunctional to the user and the employees. Within the past few months though, I haven’t experienced many issues thankfully! Its been easy to use order ahead and customize your drinks. I do wish they had descriptions (like a sentence/list of what is in the signature drinks).

Love Heine Brothers coffe but app is useless to me because I can’t see a menu without selecting a store and clicking a time of order. Update it to where we can see the menu without having to start an order.
Y’all Should Be Ashamed of Ourselves
I’d give this app zero stars if possible because of one, crucial and critical failure. The tip button doesn’t work. I get all the way to the end of the order, press the tip button, and it takes me to the tip screen, like usual. Then, no matter what I do, whether I push one of the preset percentage buttons (which work) or type in a custom amount (which also works), the “continue” button at the bottom of the screen, which is greyed out and can’t be pressed until an amount shows up in the tip box, turns yellow (supposedly indicating that it can be pressed now), and then refuses to respond to being pressed. Just as if it were still greyed out (it’s not). I’ve tried multiple things to fix this. Restarting the order, restarting app, different combinations and permutations of pressing the preset tip amount buttons and typing in a custom amount. Nothing has worked.
I even submitted this on the website, didn’t get a response. It’s bad enough Heine Bro’s tried to bust barista unions and act as if their baristas don’t deserve to get paid more, but then you push an app that doesn’t even allow people to put tips on mobile orders? Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves. It’s 2025, get it together.

I love this app and the set up of it. My favorite part is when you open it and your most recent order pops up for easy ordering!
