Heka voice command not working
Tried to setup heka commands with iPhone shortcuts app, but it never works. It always gives error saying heka says command failure

I have lot of doubts and lot of issues in Heka app, but all problems solved, I have a great response received from Vittal sir from Heka , thank you sir for unforgettable service , u didn’t give normal service, in every aspect u followed and everything solved.

I got a call from live pure customer service and they gave me proper guidance on how to connect my ac with Heka app and also with alexa app so that my ac connect well and working properly I am very happy with livepure customer service.
App crashes
It was tough adding the livpure plug to the app. Now the app crashes whenever I click on the plug name. Only on off works for the plug.
Heka-Alexa integration
The software needs to be updated as Device doesn’t work with alexa for most of the times the behaviour is very erratic
App stops working frequently
App functionality is great but the app is very unstable. Eveynight something happens due to which app stops working. Keeps getting cannot connect error. I have tested multiple times & it's the same behavior.
