Landscape Mode Needed!!
This app desperately needs landscape mode for iPad. Most people with iPads use them in the landscape orientation with a keyboard case. I would think this would be a very minor update. I’ll up the rating and change my review if this update comes.

Account through their website is not linked to their app so after you set up the app and sign in none of your account from the actual website data shows up. doesn’t matter if your username and password are the same nothing will link, wishlist account history nothing, so I deleted the app. Please make better.

I don’t normally do reviews, but I would like to know before and if I can expect to get my order(s) on time and they be what I ordered. I have several scale heli’s that my son and I are learning on and so needless to say I have needed parts for repairs, and thus far they have had everything for the 2 models we like to crash.. I noticed that I have cleaned them out on a couple main parts (out of stock), so time will tell if they are just as quick to restock those parts as they are to process and ship my orders.

I’ve made my account and I’ve even changed the password numerous times trying to sign into the app still have yet to be able to use it under my account

With the latest update today the menu doesn’t work at all. None of the items on the menu are selectable so this app effectively does nothing.
Give better descriptions of product
HeliDirect continues to be slow an annoying blood septa bull deficiency. But the site has gone downhill. Once known for thorough summaries of what the product is, what model it for, and its merits, Helidirect. is now is omitting much of the information in it routinely unpredictably provided its customers. Helidirect used to own the online radio control helicopter, airplane and drone business. Time to invest in the future: sort out your product strategy, get back to the high standards of service you were famous for, give information on products, provide more predictable advice online.

Past orders listed old first and parts harder to find
Helidirect is great to deal with and appreciate all the products they sell. The IOS App is a great idea and concept but lacks simple updates like viewing prior orders and not being able to scroll them. Also, they list them in ascending order so you see the oldest first and can’t scroll to the latest orders. There’s also issues when checking out that cause the app to fail to refresh the cart after placing an order. It still shows items in the cart but they actually aren’t and cause an error when selecting the cart. I have to go to my email to make sure the order was placed. Additionally; I’ve updated my address book online and now the app restarts and pops up notifications that I still have items in my cart that I just ordered and should be empty. I typically have to login online to clear the cart and reopen the app to use it.
Again, nothing against Helidirect; the app developer failed miserably with the application. Sorry!

Constant App Crash
Just DLded the HeliDirect app after using website many times and always seeing the option to use app at top of page. Always closed it out but decided to finally give it a try. I log in…. Go to start checking it out and it crashes every time. You try to view your profile…..crash. Search catalog……crash. Basically it’s worthless. I will just delete app and continue using web browser.
