Pathetic Support
They haven’t been able to fix an issue with the Profits tracker for 6 months now, yet continue to delay and give me the run around. They say they are working on the issue and then after a few weeks tell me the issue has now been resolved, only to find out it hasn’t and then they start the whole process all over again where I need to re-explain the issue with detailed screenshots and Amzn reports.
Absolute time drain and I’m finally done with them. The web browser used to be good, but has seriously gone downhill. I it another 2 years before they go under.
