I feel we’ve been ripped off buy them
We bought the helium’s reward devices and we was tried to mind and it was working then only sudden now stopped working past seven month and I think would be ripped off by this company

Hotspot App never work, it wase your time and money
I set up everything with FreedomFi, but this app get stuck onboard Screen like forever.
They don’t fix that problem. You can see many complaints on Reddit about that.
That mean they know it, but never fix it.
They sold everything for you but it never work on this app.

This app was much easier to setup miners with rather then the ones we got now. Yes the new Wallet is super good 👍 but our options to setup miners “bobcat” are bad compared to the ease of this app. Plz bring back 😅✅

We’ll I try adding a new hotspot because I recently purchased a bobcat miner and I just keep getting spammed with those errors “Error wait” tried rebooting, resynching etc and nothing works it’s getting kinda frustrating because it says “Easy as 1 2 3” I wish it was but bc not sure if the app is buggy or not but it’s not as easy and it might take days to get a hold of support to be able to fix it lol.

Thieves. That’s all I will say there are much better, more honest crypto projects to support. This one is garbage, a scam. Not to mention during migration to their wallet my crypto mysteriously disappeared. Despite the process being wholly in their hands. I.e where I didn’t put in an address the app encroached it and was supposed to handle it. Do not support them. They are nothing but piece of shot THIEVES.
