Overall performance
The overall performance of the helix system recently is very bad and inefficient. So many bugs, tasks are not being assigned frequently and notifications aren’t being sent either, to notify user upon task arrival. Also, no information is communicated to users concerning points reduction and no help is received from the support team lately as well

This site is boring to me now. A friend of mine who introduced me to this helix connect has been getting taxed from this platform but mine stop working I don’t know why please I want urgent solutions and fixed any issues I must be having here thanks

At first you guys have been doing a great job by sending task often..I have been on this app for 3 month and yet..you guys stop by sending task..most of my guys are complaining about this same issue at hand by not receiving any task..what really going on..you need to work on this
