I’ve been using Helix MWR for five months now and have been extremely satisfied with their amazing customer service, extremely convenient business model, and quality product.
You can schedule appointments through there website and the phlebotomists, nurses, and doctors will either come to your home or see you virtually. It really beats fighting traffic, paying for parking, and sitting in waiting rooms.
The meds come right to your home and are high quality and easy to administer.
Their concierge customer service is always quick to respond, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful.
All around just a great experience!

Amazing Service
I don’t know what is with the bad reviews as everything is clearly started on the terms. The service has been great and all the staff has been lovely, not to mention how great I feel! Definitely recommend.

Great service!
Helix is a great service! The blood draw is in home, the nurse visit is in home and the doctor calls you. The medication get sent right to my house. Everything is very convenient. I feel great on the protocol!
Excellent Doctors
Couldn’t be happier - the doctors are solid and the team is wonderful. I’ve been put on an excellent custom treatment plan and the results are outstanding. The payment terms are crystal clear and transparent, as well as cancellation terms.
Great Company
I've had a great experience with Helix. The convenience of them coming to me for my draws and shipping my medications right to me has been amazing. The app is very easy to use too!
Fake service and deceptive practices
They never followed up after the initial visit or two. They also never delivered any medication. They scam customers by putting terms and conditions that allow them to charge your card while delivering nothing. Many other customers have had similar experiences. If you want what you pay for, don’t do business with these unprofessional, unresponsive people.

Complete scam
Have had my credit card charged every month for more than a year without ANY COMMUNICATION and have not received any prescriptions or service for the entire 2020 period. When I enquired about a refund I was told I should not even ATTEMPT to ask because I would not get one because they claimed to be a prescription service. Such scum bag business people should not be allowed to do business after 2020. Unscrupulous “got ya” bad faith business practices is how Helix operates. You're a disgusting company.
