Firmware update issue in iPhone 14
When I opening helix smart app then it suggest to update firmware popup but not able to update it because when I click update firmware button application crash. It would be appreciate if it is resolved asap.

All smartwatches provide this feature to add any image as a wallpaper to the smartwatch but I cannot find this in timex helix app. Am I missing something or is it not supported ?

Firmware upgrade crash
Trying to upgrade the firmware from the app but after a few moments, it simply crashes - no error, no feedback just boom - gone.

I am unable to complete the firmware update process. Reason - app crashes every time. In last one year only 2 updates?
Are the product managers sleeping? Is the app team even bothered people have invested money? I bought this watch only because of the brand bane timex but it seems the decision was a pretty bad one.

Watch does not sync data
Watch is good but data does not sync and is not regularly updating batches. If you see daily data it shows but since 17th Jan it is not even syncing it shows daily data and then vanishes and is not updated.
You can check weekly and yearly data it will show dats synced 15 days back.
I am discouraged please fix the bug. Rest okay. At least data should sync and update.

Crashing half of the time
This is the worst app I have ever downloaded and please fix this
Problem
As soon as I open the app to update firmware it exits the screen. App is very slow and not able to update firmware. 2 stars as the watch is good.
Huge issues with data sync.
Only reason I bought this watch because it’s made in India and it’s from Titan but disappointing to see watch having all kinds of issues. Firstly, Huge issues with data sync. Despite following the long list of precautions mentioned, part of data just doesn’t sync sometimes. For example, some days watch syncs all data except sleep data. Some days sleep data doesn’t get recorded at all in watch despite wearing it through the night. When battery is low is indicated, u can’t synch it and once charged the previous data May or May not be synced. It’s so random and so weird. Not sure if it’s water proof either hence don’t know if I can wear it while washing my face. Pls don’t reply with copy paste reply giving sermons of precautions to be taken. I already mentioned that the watch has sync issues & issues in recording sleep despite taking all precautions.

This app is garbage
Not sure who built this but they need new engineering processes that prevent them from release such crap in production. The first step literally does not work so it’s useless really. At this point in my opinion they don’t have an app.

Helix MetalFit 3.0 not on the device list?
I recently purchased a Helix MetalFit 3.0 but on Installing the app I am not sure if the app supports MetalFit 3.0. Could you clarify?

It’s good watch and App. But you have to improve the customer care service call centre response time.
Some issue in app.
After updating with 1.7 ….app is not working with my IOS. Please check it… notifications are not reaching to watch till moment in iphone 11

Issues with app and watch sync
Good watch in decent amount. Initially the steps and activities were syncing in perfectly with the app. But after approx in its 4th week of usage neither activity nor step counts are syncing with app. Reinstalled the app again switched on off the watch- done everything but still no help. Tough the watch is recording stats but not syncing with app is an issue as I cannot keep track of overall stats. This bug in software will not help fitness freaks to fall in love with this ( helix smart app or helix smart metal fit2.0)

Bad organization
I factory reset my watch and deleted the helix app to again connect my watch as it was not syncing the time properly but because I deleted the app I can’t connect my watch anymore.
