One of the least intuitive apps ever built. I try it occasionally then remember how bad it is and order from elsewhere. Shame because I like their pizza.
Changes from Delivery to Pickup with no notice
When ordering, you first enter a delivery address, but then it will switch to pick up at check out without notifying you. Makes it super easy mistakenly ordering pickup instead of delivery

Unable to place order. Trie paying cash and with card but keep getting error message. Off to pizza hut!
Sell your soul to track your order.
You can’t track the delivery status of your order without turning on the only notification option which will then bombard you with marketing push notifications, so you have to sacrifice not being able to track your order.
great food not sure abt app
amazing food like truly delicious but the app.. not sure if it’s the right approach “order or ☠️”i think that’s a bit inappropriate think that could be changed kinda want to delete the app now i am christian already feels like a sin ordering from here due to the company name but order thing makes me feel deeply uncomfortable otherwise from that easy to use , rangiora staff amazing all need a raise! make u feel very welcome and part of the team

Spam! Lots of SPAM!!
If you want to constantly get spammed by this app and have no option under notifications to turn it off, then go ahead and install this app.
We now refuse to buy anything from Hell because of amount of “offers” spam they send out on daily basis.

Outdated app
Their pizza is great, but the app is like something from 2012. No driver tracking, and the Order Status screen doesn’t work. Still shows me ‘Out for Delivery’ when it was delivered 5 minutes ago. And can’t update expired credit cards from the app. Can only delete them. Can’t name them either.
Eat easy and filling here
If I were to tell anyone where to eat it would be Hells Pizza. First time eaten here and I am full happy and no longer longing for more, as like most pizza eateries around this town. The service was amazing and on point. So in one word. Awesome
Payment options
I’ve been using the app a long time and think it’s user experience is great. I give the app 3 stars because it doesn’t have options to pay using Apple Pay or Google Pay
Useful, but spammy
App has a toggle for “marketing notifications”, but don’t bother trying to use it, it’ll continue to spam you with marketing notifications anyway.
Consider just sticking with the website, it’s less likely to annoy you with ads that way.

Slow and payment portal bad
The app is very slow to load when moving between steps and opening the app.
Can’t copy and paste credit card details into payment portal which is very annoying.

So slow! Takes forever to change from delivery to pick up. Can’t start a new order without erasing the old.

The App does not need access to my device’s camera, for me to post a review with photos.
I’ve already taken the photos, and now that I’ve enjoyed my meal, I’m ready to relax and review it.
But, no; your App insists that I allow access to my camera to proceed. Well, (1) no, and (2) that won’t help anyhow; the food already got in our bellies.
Just make camera access optional, and let me upload selected photo(s) from my photo library. Hell Pizza get exactly the same, desired result, and you’ve provided an improved UX. Everyone wins. (The current ‘Camera access is mandatory for the user to proceed with the review’ is just silly, so cut that out right now, eh?)

Works well but could be better!
App works pretty smooth on my iPhone and I love the UI. However there could be improvements on the filters (you can’t choose both spicy and vegetarian, and also vegan options should be included in the vegetarian options), and choose your store without entering address. Would be good to also be able to “name” the addresses. Also the payment menu doesn’t let you add a card, you have to add it when you checkout.

The all is very unclear when ordering, and when your order arrives incorrect, nothing is done

Defaults to pick up, it would be better to either force a choice or default to same as last time.

Allow ability to view stored payment details and choose default settings
The app works well and we use it often. The reason it gets three stars is that there doesn’t seem to be any ability to view full information on stored payment methods. When our debit card expired our bank simply replaced it with a new card that had the exact same number but a new expiration date. I can’t see enough info to figure out which is the old card to delete. It would also be great if the app didn’t automatically default to pick-up, but instead asked you to choose your preferred setting. I’d prefer delivery every time and have been caught out a couple times when dealing with kiddos and other distractions. I ended up having to call the store and make a seperate payment because there’s no ability to edit your order within a certain window of time. These changes would make a good app even better.
