To use the app, you need to get verified. To get verified, you need to provide everything but your first born child. LinkedIn, instagram, and X profiles. Why do you need my entire social media presence and what is the app doing with all that data? Even after all that, still waitlisted. A huge waste of time.

I love that the app allows you to find searches by African countries and it easy to use. Most dating apps make you fill out too many questions but this minimizes it while focusing on the qualities you want in a significant other. Give it a try and see for yourself!

All I can say is this app is amazing. It allows one to specify their preferences and provides quality matches. The app allows one to find matches from all African countries. Everyone should download this app especially first-generation African descendants who may have trouble interacting with those of a similar cultural or ethnic background. This app has been long overdue so great job to the creators! Can’t wait to meet my match.

I have never used a dating app before. I’ve watched my friends use tinder, hinge, bumble etc and they never worked for them so I always shyed away. A friend of mine told me about this one and I hesitantly tried it. I’ve met a great guy who shares so many of the same interests as myself. It’s tough finding someone when you are the child of immigrants, but this made it easy to match with someone even my parents would approve of! I’d def recommend this even to people who thought they’d never use a dating app.

I’ll be honest, I was doubtful at first about finding the one on an app. I owe my future to Hello Africa because it helped me find my husband!
