Not worth the time
If I could give zero stars I would. Spent better part of two hours just going between app and website just for nothing to work. Made an account on the website, but when I try to log in on the app, it tells me that my account can’t be found. I’m sticking with the Honest Company. So wanted to try hello Bello though…

I’m having the same trouble as most others. The website works fine, but the app can’t find my account at all, so frustrating!

App doesn’t work even though everything works on the actual website. It Keeps saying it doesn’t recognize my email or password.

I have a valid account and was logged in through the website. When I went to log in through the app it said it was invalid.
Worst app ever
I literally spent almost an hour trying to login on the app and it keeps saying I don’t my email doesn’t exist and I login in online and it’s completely fine. I don’t get the hype about these diapers if it’s this hard to Order anything on the website or in the app. I tried ordering on the website and it took the money off my bank acct but then said the card information was wrong so they couldn’t send my order. How is the freaking card information wrong if the money came off my bank acct.
anyone who wants good diapers I would just recommend using the honest company diapers there app is so easy to use you don’t have to login before ordering and it’s so easy to order things. I really was hoping to try this brand but having them be this hard to order is not worth it I don’t have time to order if it’s gonna take hours to order anything

Terrible app and website
I spent literally 30 minutes going between the app and the website and got no where! The app kept saying my email didn’t exist, and then attempting to do an order on website just told me i couldn’t order until I picked a subscription. Tried to select a subscription but it kept putting me in the same cycle; Where I would select the size and designs over, and over. Unable to select subscription- I’ve never had this much trouble to give a company money?! If you look at the reviews 2 YEARS AGO - nothing has changed and people are still having the same issues! If that doesn’t tell you something 👀

Does not let you track your order
When I try to log in it does not work the only way I was able to get in was by using the magic link but once I got in it did not show me anything but the setting I wasn’t able to track my order DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP IT IS A WASTE OF TIME!

I went ahead and downloaded the app after seeing a suggestion to download the app in the email signature of their email support.
Super disappointed that I can’t log in at all. Link request says accounts doesn’t exist and when I try with my password, it never loads.
I wish for an update to the app.

Embarrassing company
Easily the worst and most embarrassing company I’ve ever had to work with. Nothing about this app works. Online website looks like it should be a mobile app. Wish i could just take my money out of this terrible terrible product

App won’t work for me
I want to use this so bad.
I want to use this app and website so bad. But nothing will work for me. When I try to log into the app it tells me my email doesn’t exist as an account for Hello Bello. I’ve tried to log in for days on the app. But if I go to my web browser I can log in no problem. But when I get all the way to check out on the website, it won’t go through. The “continue” button never processes my order. There are so many bugs and so many issues with the app and website that I’m about to give up. I just really really want to use Hello Bello 😫

App won’t let me sign in. Apparently the password or email is incorrect on the app but works on the website.

This app is horribly bugged! It refuses to let me in my account that I can log into easily on a web browser. The app also says with my email there’s no account which b.s.!! I’m a loyal customer and this is stupid!!
