I love it BUT…
I truly love this game. It’s entertaining to pass time and BT21 friends are absolutely adorable. My only issue and it’s a big one is that after a week it ALWAYS crashes and won’t launch. I’ve removed and downloaded 3x now and don’t think I’d do it a 4th time as much as I love it. Hopefully this gets fixed 💜

Hello Army or Universtar ! I just wanna write this review to say that I really appreciate your effort into this game and I really love it. I see no problems at all. I like it that some levels are hard and the way the BT21 member’s dialogues and their designs , also their style is really cute and just makes me want to burst in tears. T-T I really love this game and I don’t want this game to be deleted. I also love the fact that you also have a story mode and some locations even BT21 IN COSTUMES OR AT21 !! I SUPER SUPER DUPER LOVE THIS GAME !! These are not opinions and just true facts that this game is really cute >.< , I even love the events. Hope to see some more upcoming events and love this game. Cute game BUT Glitches
I love everything BT21. This game has cut animation and overall is fun and adorable. BUT after about two days of playing, the app glitched and wont even load! I cant get past the “Kakao” screen, that comes up then the app just blanks out and sends me to my phone’s home screen. Please fix!!!!

Have to delete and redownload every time I want to play because the app just won’t open ): this has been happening since the latest bug fix !!

Hello, I recently downloaded this game and so far I LOVE it ❤️❤️❤️If only I had the option I would have given it a 4.5 star review; however, I noticed that there is some English mistakes when starting a phrase. Hope you can fix it ! Thank you for this!
Stopped Working
I loves this game and now it won’t start. Just keeps spinning circle in the beginning with the characters and it’s impossible to get support, I’m in the US.

I’ve been playing this ever since it came out and have logged in with kakao. I’ve leveled up so many times and all of a sudden it kept on saying “error” for the longest time, now I go back and it says I have to log in with Facebook? Ok fine I did that but now I’m back to square one?? Seriously?? After all those times spent leveling up I have to start all over? PLEASE FIX THIS

엊그제까지만 해도 게임 잘 하고 있었는데
오늘 방금 접속하려니까
오류 어쩌고 하는 창 뜨더니;
게스트로그인/카카오로그인
선택하라고 떠서 카카오로 들어갔는데 게임 다 깨놓은거 초기화됨...
그래서 로그아웃하고 게스트로그인으로 들어가보니까
완전 처음 튜토리얼 뜸.....
계정 복구 좀 해주세요 엄청 많이 깼는데 이게 뭐에요?
한꺼번에 스토리 진행하려고 열쇠 진짜 많이 모았는데;;;;
진짜 너무 화나요
