Stupid device
To use the blood pressure device you have to have the app. And in today communist ideology we must track you. We don’t trust you. So the company says if you want to work and fly, we need you to use this BS.
App Appears Broken - Support Did Little to Help
Installed the app and connected the BP monitor easily enough. But then the app stopped writing data to Apple Health. There had been no change in permissions. When going to Devices and Apps and tapping Apple Health, all I get is a FAQ on editing data in Apple Health. It appears the FAQ is just stuck there. Contacted support and they had me do the same things I had done. After two communications, support no longer responded. At this point I cannot recommend the app if you’re tracking your data in Apple Health. Try OMRON or another BP to integrate into Apple Health.
Update: Support gave it a couple more tries after the update and the FAQ page that was stuck there is still stuck there and I have not heard back from them since last week.

Won’t stay connected to blue tooth
Great app, has worked great until the update 3 days ago. Loses Bluetooth connection when taking blood pressure.

Impossible to Manage Sync with Apple Health
For some reason the app will not sync my BP readings with Apple Health App even though all settings are set to read and write data back and forth between Hello Heart and Apple Health.

This an easy tool to navigate and track your progress on improving your VP. The trend charts show your progress and helpful hints and reminders help keep you on track. They say “what gets measured gets done” and this tool definitely helps you stay focused and get results! Thanks HH

App issue
All going well for the first couple years. Then all of a sudden, all my past BP readings have disappeared from the app. Kinda important information. Tried robot support and it wasn’t understanding the issue hence this review.
Monitor?
I get very different readings often when taking my bp twice in a sitting. Otherwise I love the app to keep track of everything.
Temporary app
App only worked for a year as part of a program with an insurance company. So no more tracking.
Abrupt changes in font sizes made it unusable on my IPhone 12
3 years worth of data lost because one a couple weeks ago I opened app and fonts were twice the size. No other apps on phone affected, rebooted phone several times but no change. Reloaded new from App Store and it was the same.
Amazing!
I especially love the report you can upload to your doctor or keep for your records in plain text and pdf format. Wonderful product.

Pop ups keep user from inputs. App locks up frequently and needs restarting.

App is great for tracking blood pressure and weight, but it will not allow me to sync my activity in my profile.
High BP
It’s great..app is very helpful in the tracking of and makes it easier to report to my general doctor upon regular visits.
