Request/Suggestion 💚

Love the app and the tracker. I’d like to make a suggestion that I think would be helpful for those of us who have multiple types of at-home medical testing equipment that don’t have an app to track the vitals. If there were a way to manually enter the other vitals (e.g. temperature, blood sugar, 02 saturation) attached to a blood pressure reading, that would be wonderful, and if that data could be sent in the report to the clinician, along with any notes and symptoms, that would be even more wonderful. Both my cardiologist and my PCP like the clinician reports and it’d be great to give them any other readings taken at that time.

Thank you 🖖👽

Easy to use & accurate!

This is the perfect way to stay in check with Blood pressure.

App advantages

Love the app. I can see the progress and how it relates to my medication, diet changes and exercise.

Love it!

Fast and easy way to stay aware of your BP.

UI too large

The User Interface is too large for my screen on iPhone 16, IoS 26.6.1.
Can't access button at bottom. Can't access 2nd password attempt while trying to change password.

Mad

Frequently has to be retaken as it doesn’t register the results the first time!

Absolutely amazing

I can't say enough about the Hello Heart app and device for monitoring my blood pressure. The simplicity and ease of use is remarkable. Simply open the app, put the band on your arm, and push a button. It turns on, performs the test, turns off, updates the app, and keeps track of everything. Heart Health definitely knows what they're doing. Being a heart patient myself, I have used other apps and devices before and can honestly say nothing compares to this produce. Nothing!

Monitor

Great device to keep track of my health.

Great

I love the app help me out with how keep my blood pressure down and ways keep my weight under control to best of my abilities!

Mixed results

Overall, straightforward and easy to use. But unable to enter medications greater in quantity than 99.

Monitor

I don’t have it.

Won’t Sync

The app and use is ok, nothing all that exciting. Only issue I can’t resolve is that it won’t sync to Apple Health.

BP readings

Have not taken a reading in a long time but today’s reading seemed way too low- never had it this low—one of our doctors said readings are not accurate on this machine as the cuff may be too small- the readings the Dr. took on his non digital machine were substantially different.

Great app

Love this app and how it reminds you of your meds, keeps track of your bp so you can show the dr if you need. Been using it for 2 years and love it.

Great health tool

Great way to track BP for health. With App you have a record to show your doctors

Hard to set up

This app and device are incredibly frustrating to use. Managing your health is supposed to be simple, but this makes it stressful. The Bluetooth connection constantly drops, syncing data is a hassle, and the overall setup is not user-friendly at all. For a device meant to help people track important health stats, the technology is dumb and way too complicated. Save yourself the headache and look for a different tracker.

Stupid device

To use the blood pressure device you have to have the app. And in today communist ideology we must track you. We don’t trust you. So the company says if you want to work and fly, we need you to use this BS.

App Appears Broken - Support Did Little to Help

Installed the app and connected the BP monitor easily enough. But then the app stopped writing data to Apple Health. There had been no change in permissions. When going to Devices and Apps and tapping Apple Health, all I get is a FAQ on editing data in Apple Health. It appears the FAQ is just stuck there. Contacted support and they had me do the same things I had done. After two communications, support no longer responded. At this point I cannot recommend the app if you’re tracking your data in Apple Health. Try OMRON or another BP to integrate into Apple Health.

Update: Support gave it a couple more tries after the update and the FAQ page that was stuck there is still stuck there and I have not heard back from them since last week.

Won’t stay connected to blue tooth

Great app, has worked great until the update 3 days ago. Loses Bluetooth connection when taking blood pressure.
