Every single time I open the game, it only goes as far as the SanrioDigital screen and then the app crashes...

This game crashed immediately after install. I went back to check the last update and the game has not been updated since 2014. If the game is no longer being maintained it might be time to remove it.
Keeps sending me back to the main screen
I already tried 5 times to play this game but it keeps sending me back to the main screen. It's pretty sad because this game looks very entertaining.

I used to live the app when I used my old iPod in elementary school and I found my iPod but I can't remember the password so I tried downloading the game but it just won't open it'll go back to the homescreen and I'm really sad cause I loved the game but it's also been 8-10 years

Love the graphics and it's so cute. This game makes you move fast and think quick but you have to spend some money... Giving it 4 stars
It's not working!
When I downloaded it, I opened the app. But every 5 seconds, it closes out of the app, and back to the home screen! Idk why. It worked on my iPod/Kindle fire. Please help me

STOPPED WORKING AFTER MY IPHONE UPDATED IOS......... So after a few days of playing and totally loving this game, it has stopped working! I am so sad, i had a ton of upgrades, points, and coins.
I have a iphone 6+ is anyone else who uses iphone having this issue also.

So at first i was like woah this game is way to fast! I really don't think it is for little kids. But it is definitely getting addictive.
So far i haven't had any major glitches or bugs pop up... once it just closed out on me, but no big deal.
I only wish things where a little less expensive to upgrade... im sure it makes it feel impossible for younger girls.

Pay to win
It's a shame all the developers care about is money... The game is really fun, but too difficult for my niece to keep up with. The employees are too slow and it takes forever to save up enough points to upgrade them. Also the game ends after 3 customers leave, unlike in Hello Kitty Cafe where it keeps going. Both games are entertaining but it's annoying how the developers try and push you into making in-app purchases just so you can pass the level. It's hard enough getting and saving points. Please FIX IT.

Cute but difficult
It's so hard to get through a day, and it's stressful and disappointing when you loose. Graphics were very cute though.
Fun, but too many guests come at once
I was a fan of Hello Kitty Cafe and wanted to try the Carnival version. It's similar but in this game the customers/guests come too fast. Like 10 at a time rather than 2 a time like in the cafe.
Fun and rewarding
I enjoy playing! It takes time to save up to purchase new characters and level up rides, but it feels rewarding when you get there.
