It's a nice game very old though hasn't been updated in 5 years so it has bugs. I can't even make it past level one it shuts down right after.

Automatically closes
This is the second time I tried to download this game and it closes on me right I finish the match up game. I forgot I had installed this game several months ago and it would just stop and completely log me out, I tried a few times and it kept stopping. I just installed it again and it’s still logging me out completely. I’m using my iPad and I know it’s not that since I have a few other games I installed that are working just fine. I’ll try my phone and see if it works on their.

Dear Developer, Same as everyone else my app keeps crashing at level one so can’t get anywhere! Now that hello kitty is doing colabs with everyone like target, crème shop it would be a great idea to update!

Game keeps shutting off
I just installed this game and it went straight to the game part to match three squares, after each time I got through it, the game turned off and I tried it again and each time it would just completely shut off, crashed. I’ve played this game before but it never just automatically shut off. Maybe I’ll try another time but I’m uninstalling this game.

Idk why but i can’t get pass level one as soon as i finish it it takes me off the app. My ipad is new so im not sure why it’s doing this. Overall this game seems great but it’s not working for me i will be uninstalling because of this :(
HELP!!
I wish to play this game on my phone!! but i can’t seem to even finish level 1!! the game just shuts off after it looks like i best level one!! I don’k know if it’s cause of my phone but it looks like another person has the same issues as mine. please get this fixed so it works on Iphones better. otherwise i’ll just only have to play it on my ipad and i don’t really use my ipad unless i travel on plains :(((

Literally can’t play this game.
It will not stop crashing and I’ve restarted it like 6 times. Fix this! I actually was looking forward to playing this game. :/
Closes after beating level 1
I would really love to play this game but it keeps closing on me after I beat level 1, so I can’t even progress in the game at all…looks like other people are having the same issue as me. It may be because I have a newer phone but this is definitely a bummer. I love these types of games! Hopefully you fix, won’t be playing until you do.

Its good but…
I love this game and I played it on my iPad when I got bored and I decided to download it on my phone too- but every time I beat level 1 it kicks me out of the game and I still beat the level but I have to complete it again and it just keeps kicking me out… I have no idea if its because my phone is a newer phone and my iPad is older but I would love to get to actually play!
Otherwise its one of the best Hello Kitty games I played!

Tutorial Problem!
I Cannot even get past the tutorial on My I Phone 8. When it says please choose the map I can’t even move the map! It’s Terrible!
So many issues
Timer does not count down properly. If u have 60 seconds to beat a level it drops down extremely fast not giving u actual seconds. The game ends the moment it starts so it’s impossible to beat any timed levels. Won’t allow my to make an account on Facebook or with my icloud. Says I need to sign in to iCloud which I am. And Facebook says it is in developer mode. Contact support button does nothing when u click it to report these issues. I paid money to beat the timed levels after realizing there was a problem. I’ll be contact Apple to get my money back

I love how the game looks, but I can’t play it. The game just says “Begin a quest by clicking on it!” But the screen just freezes, this happened on my last iPhone and my new one. If anyone can help, please do.

I downloaded this game a few days ago and I loved it so much because I love the “Candy Crush” type games and i’m obsessed with Sanrio. I was so excited to come back to playing but I can’t seem to get past level 10. The time goes at about a 3x speed to the point where I can’t complete it. I know you won’t see this but I would really love to be able to complete/continue this game. It is such a shame that I had to delete it because I knew it would be pointless to keep trying to beat the level when the time goes that fast. Thank you for your time. I hope maybe if you see this you could take my review into consideration and fix the game. I would gladly re-download it if this problem was to be fixed.

i used to lovecthis game but it doesnt work anymore! the game clock runs out super fast and everything is glitchy. so sad cuz this game was really cute and awesome 😪
