Scammed out of money

This game has something going for it so I made a purchase of gems but didn’t receive them??!? So yeah that was a really a let down and kills the really great vibe this game had and also didn’t take my girlfriends purchase as well and she loves hello kitty and was really upsetting for her :( we’re both upset this kind of thing would happen with a hello kitty game that literally had us playing for 3 hours straight
