Glitch

Love this app and the service overall. However, in recent days, when I try to log in, the screen gets stuck at the Face ID quick login page. You get the check mark that confirms the Face ID but then nothing happens. It's therefore not possible to log in anymore. Please fix this glitch. Thank you
