Complaint Consultation and Support (Message function): allows users to send messages to CRT (non-profit organizations) or other organizations (including their working company)., addressing any concerns and challenging issues they may encounter in their lives or in workplace to receive support. If user wishes, it is also possible to send messages anonymously. Additionally, working company and CRT can also send messages to user to inquire about their work life matters and express their care for the employees. Moreover, user can express their opinions by participating in surveys (Survey function), allowing survey conductors to gain a better understanding of the current situation of foreign workers in Japan. Based on the survey results, appropriate actions can be implemented to enhance the current situation and provide better support for foreign workers in Japan. Useful information: Users can find out about associations or organisations that provide support for foreign workers in Japan. Emergencey alert and Safety confirmation: If a disaster (such as earthquake, volcanic eruption, weather warnings, tsunami, or heatstroke alerts) occurs within a 50km radius of the user's registered address or workplace (or based on GPS settings if enabled), the app will send emergency alert notifications to user. For earthquake and volcanic eruption alerts, a screen will appear to confirm the user's safety.
