A scam
I signed up and paid for the £2.99 one week VIP service. The money went out of my bank account and Apple customer service said they could see it, however the app didn’t accept it and denied that I’d paid anything. Not a lot of money but the “international customer service” was slow and all in Chinese. Dodgy app. Avoid 😂

I am representing a Talent Management Company in Vietnam, partnering with Hello Pal previously. Recently our partnership with Hello Pal has ended.
However a representative from Hello Pal, Yu Wei (Ives Yu) has release a notice containing false info and defaming myself and my company.
I do not believe that a International Company like Hello Pal will resort to such actions. I would like to clarify is the content of the notice from Hellopal, or Yu Wei (Ives Yu) impersonate as a representative of Hellopal to defame myself and my company.
