Hello Ralphie is an amazing service and I’m so glad I have access to it. As a new cat mom, I’m still learning about my 5-month old kitten Leo. I noticed that Leo was having some eye issues so I really wanted to get a vet’s opinion on whether this warrants an emergency room visit or not. I was able to book an appointment and speak to a vet within 30 mins of setting up an account. The vet was attentive and professional, and prescribed Leo some eye wash that helps relief his discomfort while we continue to monitor his symptoms. I highly recommend Hello Ralphie to anyone who’s in similar situations - who cares for and has lots of questions about their pet’s health, and do not want to pay for unnecessary vet visits.

Answered all my questions regarding my little kitten and his bout of stomach problems. As a first time cat owner, I was super worried about every little thing but the vet was thorough and addressed all of our concerns. Great way to get a vet’s opinion without having to bring your pet out of the house!
My cat wasn’t feeling well and my normal vet has been difficult to get into lately (understandable and not a knock on them). This was a great way to have someone look at my cat right away without the added stress of bringing him out of the house. The vet I spoke to asked really great questions to try and pinpoint what was going on.
