Love this app! Great sitters and easy!

Nothing but raves for Hello Sitter. Downloaded and booked an awesome sitter for the next day — literally took two minutes. They have really good customer service too.

Needs a lot of work

There are too many bugs to even make this work. Creating an account through FB doesn’t work and its wonky creative through apple.

The time function doesn’t work for recurring bookings and you can’t message a sitter to “interview” them before booking as you can with other apps. Saw a sitter that looked good, but without the recurring function, won’t know if she is available for the multiple days I need and won’t just hire someone to watch my children without even messaging them first. Too bad. Had potential.

As for in-app interview, we don’t have that functionality by design. You can rely on sitter video and feedbacks, keep in mind Everest sitter who was interviewed by professional sitters and nannies. Extremely impressive

The slickest baby sitter booking experience I have ever encountered. Extremely impressive service. Super easy to book, reasonable fees and very competent sitters. I highly recommend Hello sitter and would definitely use them again. I only wish they were worldwide!

Great app - missing support for iOS dark mode

The service is great, but the app is getting 4 starts and not 5 because lack of support for dark mode (can’t see the fonts)

Just what every parent needs

I have used the app service twice over a one year period. That’s how often I need a baby sitter. The app is easy to use and I love how payment is taken care of via the app. Both sitters have been exactly what I needed.

Unreliable

I tried this service once and the sitter bailed 1 hour before she was supposed to come so our theatre tickets went to waste.

Great sitters

So happy with this app I don’t even tell my fellow school moms about it! Really have loved the smart great people who have been pre-screened and feel it is a great value-FYI I always tip my sitters and suggest parents do the same for a job well done.

“Available” sifters never accept the booking!

I recently joined this site and I have as yet to book my first sitter! They give you a list of available sitters but then your “request” to book is never accepted. Also you don’t know for hours if any of the sitters you are trying to book will accept. So much for being able to get help on demand. Why do the sitters show themselves as being available at that time if they do t want to accept bookings! Useless app
